An immersive culinary experience for guests 21+ presented by Midwest Food & Wine - where great food and beverages connect the community with the deeply creative and passionate culinary and beverage industry.

Your $70 ticket INCLUDES: access to all Culinary Experiences which conclude by 9PM, 3 drink tickets valid for full-size pours, and dessert. When you bring a donation for the Upper Des Moines Opportunity Food Pantry, you'll take home an exclusive gift curated by Midwest Food & Wine.

Wine Tasting with Okoboji Wines. Discover something new you love and take home the knowledge to elevate your at-home wine experiences after tasting over 8 wines.

Curating a Charcuterie Board. Learn to master one of the best host showpieces! A charcuterie board isn't only about what you eat, it’s about what people see and how the components are arranged. Walk away with hands-on experience building a first-class charcuterie plate and knowledge to help you select the right cheese, cured meats, and accoutrements.

Whiskey Tasting & Craft Cocktail Demonstration curated by Templeton Distillery. Tim Grimes of Templeton Distillery will be sampling the iconic Iowa distillery’s entire portfolio. In addition, you'll learn a new summer craft cocktail. Leave with the recipe and mixology tips to make this delicious cocktail at home!
